Season 2008 will bring many changes to Pirate Adventures on the Chesapeake. Our new ship, the Sea Gypsy VI was built this winter and delivered to her home in Annapolis mid-April. The Sea Gypsy IV has been relocated to Manteo, NC on the Outer Banks and will begin operating Memorial Day Weekend. The Sea Gypsy VI holds 44 passengers, a slight increase in capacity, but more importantly it has 2 extra water cannons! The Sea Gypsy IV stays in the family and will be operated by Captain Chum (with a little bit of help from Crabby and Ruby) this summer. The building of the Sea Gypsy VI along with the delivery of the the Sea Gypsy IV to the Outer Banks was team effort and an adventure for all of our crew.
