Annapolis Cruises – Find Fun Things to do in Annapolis

See Annapolis By Boat

At Pirate Adventures we are thankful to have found the perfect home in Annapolis.  Annapolis, Maryland makes a great day trip from Washington DC and Baltimore for so many reasons.  Stroll the historic streets, grab lunch at a sidewalk cafe and most importantly hop on board one of the many Annapolis cruises offered in town.  Annapolis is best seen from the water and there are a host of unique ways to get out on the water in Annapolis.  We have listed the most creative cruises in Annapolis below, all of them offer views of the expansive Chesapeake Bay, the Naval Academy, and historic Annapolis.

  3. Sailing Cruises in Annapolis

Annapolis cruises sailingAnnapolis is a sailing town, and is the future home of the National Sailing Hall of Fame.  Cruising the Chesapeake Bay by sailboat should also be top on your list when coming to Annapolis.  Our top pick is the Schooner Liberte as Captain Chris and his first mate Jane are always up for fun on the water and you will have a sail that you will not soon forget!  The Schooner Liberte sails by private charter so get a big group together and plan a sunset sail or full day sail to a crab house on the water or one of the local lighthouses. If you are looking for sailboat cruises in Annapolis for a smaller group the Schooner Woodwind offers daily two-hour trips from the Marriott Hotel.

  4. Annapolis Cruises on Your Own
