Pre-sale tickets purchased online are non-refundable and must be used during the 2023 season. The amount paid never expires and can be used as a credit towards full priced tickets in future seasons.
Once purchased you will be emailed a ticket voucher to be used to make a reservation.
The voucher does not guarantee space on a particular date or sailing time – reservations can be made by phone using the voucher code.
Once your voucher has been redeemed for a reservation you are guaranteed space on the sailing time and date you have chosen.
Making a reservation voids the ticket voucher. Once you have made a reservation and secured your date and time the reservation is final. Change requests to reservations will not be accommodated once the reservation has been made.
Reservations will be held until 10 minutes prior to each departure. If you or any members of your party have not arrived by this time we reserve the right sell the tickets to another interested party. No refunds or replacement vouchers are given for no shows.
When making your reservation please be prepared to provide an accurate count of your party. Please remember that every passenger, regardless of age, counts toward our capacity.
We reserve the right to cancel a sail in the event of steady rain, thunderstorms, high winds, or conditions deemed unsafe by the captain. Pirate Adventures will not cancel in the event of cold or grey weather, showers, drizzle, passing thunderstorms, or excessive heat. In the unfortunate event that we must cancel a voyage, we will call one hour before check-in to notify you of the cancellation.
If Pirate Adventures cancels your trip because of weather, you will be emailed new vouchers to be used during the 2023 season.
If you are unable to use the replacement vouchers during the 2023 season the amount paid never expires. You can use the credit towards the purchase of full price tickets during the 2024 season or beyond.
Pre-sale tickets are released in limited quantities throughout the season. Additional pre-sale tickets cannot be purchased once they are sold out.
Pre-sale ticket discounts cannot be combined with any other discount.
